Aktilite (PDT)

The Aktilite CL128 is an advanced red light photodynamic therapy (PDT) system used to safely and effectively treat sun-damaged skin and non-melanoma skin cancers, including basal cell carcinoma, Bowen’s disease, and actinic keratoses. Treatment involves applying a light-activating cream to affected areas, which is then activated by the Aktilite’s uniform 630 nm red light to selectively target abnormal cells while leaving healthy skin largely unaffected.
