Dr Riordan completed her Bachelor of Medicine at the University of New South Wales, where she graduated with Honours. She then completed one year of Physician’s training and time in General Practice before undertaking Post Graduate Training in Dermatology.

During her four years of Dermatology training, Dr Riordan spent the first two years training in the United Kingdom in Portsmouth, High Wycombe and Oxford. Her final two years were completed at the Skin & Cancer Foundation Darlinghurst and St. Vincent’s Hospital, Darlinghurst.

Dr Riordan is a Fellow of the Australiasian College of Dermatologists. She is also a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, and she regularly attends both Australasian and International Meetings as part of Continuing Professional Development.
