After graduating from University of Sydney, and residency trainining in Westmead Hospital, Dr Ong studied and trained in Dermatology in Westmead Hospital, The New Childrens’ Hospital at Westmead, The Skin and Cancer Foundation (now the Skin Hospital), Royal Newcastle and John Hunter Hospitals, Concord Hosptial and St Vincent’s Hospital. Having researched into skin cancer and inflammatory skin diseases, he has published in local and international journals.

He has worked as a dermatologist throughout NSW, including Western Sydney, Lithgow, Tamworth, Miranda and Sydney (Macquarie St). He currently consults only in Chatswood and Forestville.

Dr Ong frequently attends continuing education programmes, conferences and clinical meetings. He aims to provide a high standard of Dermatology care.
